If you are in depression than might be you vanishes your desire to get rid from depression, it also deteriorates your health. But no body want to remain in depression as it turn your health more vulnerable. Especially when you it is more than week, month and year. For getting out of your depression follow the following:

First of all try to find out your enemy, depression when happens, it actually generate chemical changes in the brain which augments the depression. When you allow bad circumstances to come with you, it create negative thinking and due to this chemical changes it makes your mind to think more negative, until you find yourself in a stage where you find everything grim and without any hope.

You have to make a strong decision that you are going to fight against your depression with an intention that you have to beat it. Write down this decision on a paper and make it stick anywhere from you find it comfortable to see and read it.
Try to attack on the root of depression known as negative thoughts as this is the main reason for making your health vulnerable. If you continue this process then positively you eliminate depression from your mind and body. For example, instead of saying ‘I can’t', say ‘ I can’. With this mentality you can easily remove negative thoughts from your mind.

As depression lead your health vulnerable. So never avoid having nutritious food because food is very important for recovering from your mental struggle and physical struggle.
